Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting (essential)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
