ESOL Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESOL Lecturer to join our team at MidKent College. As an ESOL Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students, coordinating designated study programme delivery activities, and ensuring a consistent approach across both sites.

• Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students, preparing teaching materials, schemes of work, and lesson plans as required.
• Course Management: Undertake day-to-day course management duties, including communication, problem-solving, diagnostic compliance, time table checks, and amendments.
• Student Support: Assist with the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for courses, manage enrolment procedures, and provide support to students with their pastoral needs.
• Assessment and Quality Assurance: Assess student's written and practical work, monitor and report on their progress, and participate in quality assurance mechanisms.

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in ESOL.
