Job Description

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our printing equipment. This will involve setting up the machines to the correct standards, conducting colour checks using standardized equipment and software, and maintaining efficient running of production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up printing equipment to meet production requirements
  • Conducting colour checks to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintaining efficient production processes to meet deadlines
  • Following quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products
  • Supporting the achievement of departmental KPIs in terms of output, waste, and quality rejects
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude
  • Good computer skills
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Ability to take and follow instructions
  • Previous printing experience is beneficial
