Job Title: Treasurer (Voluntary)

Job Type: Part-time, Voluntary

About the Role:

The Treasurer will have an overview of the charity's finances and support decision-making for the Director and Board of Trustees. The Finance Administrator will handle day-to-day finance operations, including payroll and invoice processing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Finance Administrator in budget setting, monitoring, and reporting.
  2. Advise on the completion of the annual accounts.
  3. Provide financial updates to the Board of Trustees during online meetings.
  4. Contribute to the charity's strategy and help achieve its goals using your skills and experience in finance.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance who can support the Finance Administrator and broader team. You will have the opportunity to input into the charity's strategy and help us achieve our goals.

What We Offer:

Occasional face-to-face meetings at our offices in Somerset or Bristol. The chance to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with Downs Syndrome.
