Norse Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Financial Business Partner to become a vital member of our Finance division.

This position is offered as a full-time, permanent role, encompassing 37 hours each week, from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your primary responsibility as a Business Partner will be to serve as the financial authority for your assigned business sectors. You will assist department leaders and managers by delivering financial insights through comprehensive account analysis and industry expertise. Your role will involve being an integral part of the business units, aiding in the financial management on both strategic and operational fronts.

You will leverage this information to engage with various stakeholders, contributing to business strategies while effectively managing potential risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A recognized finance and/or accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance role, particularly in a business partnering capacity. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the skill to tailor information presentation to diverse audiences. Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of influencing business planning through robust financial analysis and guidance. Ability to work independently when necessary, alongside a collaborative team approach. Willingness to travel to various Norse Group locations, necessitating a full UK driving license.
