Corporate Tax Senior Opportunity

TPF Recruitment, a leading provider of accountancy practice professionals, is supporting a top 15 chartered accountancy practice in Maidstone in their search for a Corporate Tax Senior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on corporation tax matters
  • Prepare complex corporation tax returns and tax computations
  • Review tax returns and accompanying workings drafted by other staff
  • Advise clients on corporation tax liabilities as they become due
  • Prepare and amend letters and emails to HMRC
  • Draft and amend correspondence to clients or third parties
  • Assist in dealing with enquiries raised by HMRC
  • Prepare other forms as required by HMRC or other third parties
  • Assist with the preparation of R&D tax relief claims
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks such as technical research
  • Assist with advisory work such as advising clients of upcoming tax changes and how they can best plan for future tax liabilities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a corporate tax environment
  • ATT, and/or ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
