Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technical Manager to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading our technical teams to deliver high-quality products and ensuring food safety and legality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Site Technical teams to deliver quality for own brand and third-party customers.
  • Drive culture change, ensuring safe, high-quality products and safeguarding against food safety risks.
  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in food manufacturing, quality, and food safety legislation.
  • Strong leadership experience, including multi-site management.
  • Qualifications in Microbiology, Food Science, HACCP, and Lead Assessor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
