Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Game Mathematician to join our team. As a key member of our math department, you'll be responsible for developing mathematical models and game mechanics that drive player engagement and excitement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement mathematical profiles that meet our target parameters and ensure game compliance in all jurisdictions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for math design improvements.
- Collaborate with architects and requirements analysts to establish game specifications and ensure successful game production.
- Meet targets, goals, and objectives for game productions, as outlined in our Game Roadmap.
- Work closely with Team Management to suggest new game ideas and mechanics.
- Collaborate with Certification and Release managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a game mathematician with a proven track record.
- EU citizenship or a valid visa to work in the EU.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market and what drives game performance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with game developers, studios, and platform developers.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Degree in a technical subject, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
- Interest and experience in mathematics, statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
