About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Advisor to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and distributors across international sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, distribution partners, and external sales teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the quoting process from enquiry to order acceptance using CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.
  • Source and generate new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Support Regional Sales Teams in building relationships with Channel Partners and End Customers, fostering strong partnerships and driving sales success.
  • Manage the global distribution of demonstration stock to support sales networks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide quotations and application consultancy, offering expert advice and guidance to customers and partners.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline and pursue opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Record customer feedback and collaborate with sales channels to gather Point of Sale data, informing business decisions and driving improvement.
  • Assist in identifying channel partner training needs and facilitate necessary courses, ensuring partners have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Ensure end customers receive excellent support from Channel Partners, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and assertiveness skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • A high level of work ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with experience in SAP/CRM systems preferred.
  • An interest in technology and manufacturing, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • The ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and maintain a positive outlook, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a focus on driving sales success and business growth.
