We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at a fantastic, rapidly growing special school. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting young people with autism and ADHD, and will thrive in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in education and a qualified HLTA status. They will be proactive and resilient, with a good sense of humour and a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team.

The role will involve supporting students aged 11-16 who have high functioning autism and ADHD, and collaborating with classroom teachers to engage and support students with their learning. The successful candidate will also assist in developing and implementing core subject interventions, tailored to support individual students' personal and academic growth.

Working hours will be 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, term-time only.
