The Role
- Pipe Fabrication and Assembly
- Fabricate and assemble pipes using specialized tools and techniques
- Piping System Installation
- Install and secure piping systems according to strict specifications
- Piping System Testing and Inspection
- Test and inspect piping for functionality and adherence to standards
- Work Area Preparation
- Prepare work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintenance and Organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in the manufacture of small and large bore pressure pipe work, as well as experience in the installation of pressure pipe work, superheater headers, and vessels
- Experience of working on TARs, outages, projects, or new builds within an engineering construction site environment, including experience in one or more of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Thermal, or Nuclear sectors
Essential Qualifications and Certifications
- Hold a full apprenticeship in pipefitting or an equivalent qualification (NVQ 3, ACE Card)
- CSCS card
- CCNSG Safety Passport and ideally IOSH Managing Safety certification
- Right to work in the UK
