Position Overview:

Ramsworth Cottage is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee our care services, providing support to vulnerable young individuals facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, as well as Complex Needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential: A Full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent NVQ, along with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

  • Demonstrated patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
