Rayburn Plastics Ltd is a renowned family-owned enterprise situated in the West Midlands, Walsall. With a legacy spanning over six decades, we excel in producing high-precision components for sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, and Power Generation.

We are currently in search of a skilled CNC programmer to enhance our vibrant workforce. In this role, you will engage in the production of components utilizing a diverse range of materials, from flexible plastics to robust steels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expertise in CAD applications, particularly Solidworks
  • Familiarity with CAM systems, such as SolidCAM and AlphaCAM
  • Capability to set up and operate CNC milling equipment, including HAAS and Mazatrol
  • Strong skills in interpreting technical drawings
  • Proficient in using measurement tools
  • Varied experience in machining processes

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of machine upkeep
  • Experience with CNC CMM
  • Familiarity with 4/5 Axis machining techniques
  • Understanding of Horizontal Machining Center operations
  • Expertise in manual or CNC turning
  • Proficiency in manual milling processes
  • Awareness of 5S and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in robotic system integration

Compensation and Benefits:
