**Job Summary**
Carbon60 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Stores Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular stock counts and checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Implement and maintain a clean and organized store environment through the practice of 5S principles
- Process goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Perform various ad hoc duties as required to support the efficient operation of the store
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
- Desirable: experience working in an engineering environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Working Hours:**
The successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern consisting of 2 days (7am-7pm), 2 nights (7pm-7am), and 6 days off. This will provide a good work-life balance and allow for a stable and predictable schedule.
