Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Thrive International as a Sales Coordinator, supporting the Area Sales Representatives and Sales Managers in all aspects of sales support. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales of products, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales office-based position.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proactive and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, with good organizational and time management skills.
- Confident and effective communicator, both written and verbally.
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1730, including 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
