About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The CLR Group. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss daily tasks and goals
  • Generate new business leads by contacting existing clients and prospects
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our services
  • Arrange and conduct viewings of properties
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and landlords
  • Attend property valuations and provide expert advice to clients
  • Negotiate offers with clients and landlords to achieve successful sales and lettings outcomes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements
  • Money Hungry: A strong desire to earn a high income and achieve sales targets
  • Thinking outside the box: The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to sales and lettings challenges
