We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The CLR Group. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss daily tasks and goals
- Generate new business leads by contacting existing clients and prospects
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our services
- Arrange and conduct viewings of properties
- Maintain a database of potential clients and landlords
- Attend property valuations and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate offers with clients and landlords to achieve successful sales and lettings outcomes
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Money Hungry: A strong desire to earn a high income and achieve sales targets
- Thinking outside the box: The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to sales and lettings challenges
- Leading by example: A strong leadership style and the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
- Motivation to help others: A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service and help clients achieve their goals
- Target driven: A strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Articulate and professional: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic salary up to £20,000 per annum
- On-target earnings (OTE) commission and basic salary £45,000+ per annum
