We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Team Member to join our team at MERCURE. As a key member of our night operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to the night team, managing hotel operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular night audits and corridor checks to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
- Lead the team on night shift tasks, including fire walks, function room preparation, and food and drink services.
- Prepare and submit finance reports and duty manager logs in advance of the daily HOD meeting.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all departments, ensuring a seamless link between night and day operations.
- Knowledge and experience with Opera cloud and hotel night shift experience are essential for this role.
- A First Aid Certificate or willingness to attend a training day is highly desirable.
As a Night Team Member at MERCURE, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering excellent customer service to all our guests. Our hotel offers a range of amenities, including 121 rooms and a River View Restaurant.
