Paraplanner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our successful and growing practice at CITRUS ELITE RECRUITMENT LIMITED.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will support our financial advisers in delivering high-quality advice and services to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year, plus performance bonuses and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial plans and reports for clients
  • Liaise with clients and their ceding schemes to gather necessary information to fulfil their goals and solutions
  • Work with other administrative members to deliver high-quality services
  • Analyse client data and financial statements to identify opportunities and risks
  • Utilise IT tools, including Voyant, FE analytics, Salesforce, Excel, to assist in financial solution building
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial information
  • Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
  • Good knowledge of financial planning principles and customer service best practices
  • CII Level 4 Diploma or working towards
