Job Title: Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Reeson Education. As a specialist in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will be responsible for providing tailored 1:1 support to a child with ASD in a KS1 setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of interventions to support the child's social, emotional, and academic development
  • Work closely with the SENCo and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes the child's autonomy and independence
