About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Talent Locker. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for business development and identifying new opportunities to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent to meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
