Key Responsibilities:- Safety Inspections: Conduct monthly tests on fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
- Maintenance Tasks: Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Emergency Repairs: Manage urgent repair issues during standard working hours.
- General Maintenance: Carry out a variety of repair and upkeep tasks.
- Landscaping: Maintain gardens bi-monthly to enhance their appearance.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and handy skills are essential.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations is crucial.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Local Knowledge: Understanding of the Birmingham area is beneficial.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Salary: Up to £29,000.
- Leave: 28 days of paid time off, including bank holidays.
- Travel Expenses: Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
