Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HGV Class 1 Driver to join our operations at Meriden Media. This role involves driving heavy goods vehicles for a prominent fresh produce distributor, with opportunities for both early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work an average of 10-hour shifts with flexible start times.
  • Deliver goods to various retail outlets and distribution centers across the UK.
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for trailer swaps.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Proficient in completing delivery documentation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Class 1 driving experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts and start times.
  • Possess a valid CPC and Digi card.
  • Complete a paid driver assessment and induction prior to the first shift.
  • No more than 6 penalty points for minor driving offences.
