Job Opportunity: Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified Chemistry Educator to join a reputable secondary school in the Southport area. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Chemistry to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Chemistry to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo a new one
  • Full and complete 10-year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references, including the most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
