About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Shared Lives Scheme as full-time carers. As a Shared Lives carer, you will provide a supportive home environment for adults with eligible needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and welcoming home environment for clients
  • Support clients with daily living tasks and activities
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated coordinators to ensure a successful matching process
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
