Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant.
  • Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
  • Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and process invoices to ensure efficient property maintenance.
  • Ensure property compliance with regulations, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Resolve deposit disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage tenancy paperwork, including serving section notices as required.
  • Support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals to maintain strong relationships.
  • Perform general Property Manager duties to ensure seamless property management.

Requirements:

  • Previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages to manage property-related tasks.
