We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Watford store to success.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, motivating your team, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve store performance.
This is a flexible contract, offering a fixed number of hours per week across various days and shifts. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, where collaboration, imagination, and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities- Analyse sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Work with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate store performance and identify development areas.
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring their personal objectives and store objectives are met.
- Communicate any development or training issues to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
