PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To cultivate robust relationships with associates and clients, ensuring a high fulfillment rate for all orders.

Your role will involve managing a talent portfolio; attracting, developing, and retaining qualified candidates to ensure a steady supply of job-ready talent for our clients.

This position focuses on the transport and logistics sector, involving both temporary and permanent recruitment. We seek an individual with a strong sales background, a friendly demeanor, and resilience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Foster multiple relationships within existing client accounts to drive growth and establish enduring partnerships.

2. Utilize social media for market research, client engagement, job advertising, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
3. Leverage talent databases to align the right candidates with client vacancies.
4. Review applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates for client consideration.
5. Assess candidate qualifications and ensure suitability before presenting them to clients.
6. Conduct market mapping, client visits, and maximize sales opportunities through networking.
7. Prepare CVs and correspondence for clients regarding suitable candidates.
8. Organize interviews and provide constructive feedback.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Strong accountability for managing and developing the talent pool while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to consult and understand client requirements.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate business from both warm and cold leads.
• Financially motivated with a desire to achieve high commission.
