We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. This role presents an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth within our office-based Transport team.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic Transport Department, ensuring compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

  • Accurately record and report payroll information within designated timelines.
  • Manage the ordering and distribution of all operational uniforms.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation related to period end processes.
  • Oversee the control and collation of transport-related invoices, collaborating closely with the Finance team and suppliers to ensure all invoices are matched with Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of agency usage and associated costs for Management Accounts.
  • Facilitate the collection of period Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Order and monitor Derv for the depot.
  • Compile Management Accounts (MAD).
  • Document Minutes for investigations and Disciplinary meetings as required.
  • Manage the ordering and supply of stationery.
  • Prepare documentation for processing by Transport Shift Managers concerning starters, leavers, changes of terms, and probationary periods.
  • Coordinate driver recruitment efforts.
  • Manage Courier usage and compile Purchase Orders and Invoices weekly.

Familiarity with Transport legislation, including tachograph and working hours regulations, is advantageous.
