Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the network communications team, coordinating workloads and ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee SLAs and KPIs and provide regular project status reports.
  • Identify and resolve risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage comms equipment deployments, stock control, and site closures.
  • Provide leadership and ensure team performance, including on-site audits.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management and team leadership within network communications.
  • Knowledge of SD WAN, telephony, and internet lines.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • UK passport and driving license required.
