About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Healthcare of New Zealand. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and home management.
  • Accompany clients on community outings and provide emotional support.
  • Administer medication and follow care plans as required.

Requirements
