We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering value to colleagues and security to the business within the Identity and Access Management field.
Key Responsibilities- Evolving and driving the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
- Partnering with peers and senior stakeholders to set the future direction of the product as part of the wider business strategy
- Understanding key user personas, customers, and stakeholders for the product and their pain points
- Accountable for the performance and adoption of the product and working towards achieving the Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs)
- Prioritizing work and decisively resolving trade-offs with peers and senior leaders
- Strong experience working with Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management
- Applied user-focused principles to the products you have worked on, ensuring they are intuitive and easy to interact with for customers
- Appraised and analyzed the results of customer research and used the results to influence product outcomes and strategic goals
- Understood how diverse personas or customer groups perceive, understand, and experience the product in different ways
- Written hypothesis statements and worked directly with optimization managers and/or engineers to set up and execute experiments
- Understood how large technology systems should interact with each other and tracked health metrics (uptime, SLOs, response time, etc)
- Been involved in setting the vision and strategy for the product area and developed and baseline the product's OKRs
