Job Title: Senior Property Adviser

Job Summary:

Aberdein Considine is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Adviser to join our Ellon office. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for carrying out viewings, handling enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers and landlords
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate with clients
  • Identify viewers' specific property search requirements
  • Cross-sell properties, highlighting their main features and encouraging viewings
  • Identify other services relevant to viewers' situations and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
  • Assist the property team with general property enquiries

Requirements:

  • Higher-level education or above
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Pleasant, confident manner
  • Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
  • Reliable and honest
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to different professional and social environments
  • Ability to plan and prioritize own workload
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Full/clean UK driver's license
