N Family Club's brand new 79-place N Tunbridge Wells (St John's) Nursery is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Our nursery is designed to provide a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to thrive, and we are committed to delivering high-quality early years education.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500, with a performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week, to suit your lifestyle
  • Up to 32 days of holiday a year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks, and a £100 clothing allowance
  • Access to a personal development fund of £100 per year, and funding for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development through our N Academy
