- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy is essential for this role.
- Experience in Care and Support: A proven track record in care and support work is required, with a strong understanding of care and support principles and practices.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role, as you will be required to travel to visit customers and care workers in your assigned area.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to start this qualification after your probation period is required.
