About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a Global Manufacturing business based near Heathrow. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reactive maintenance on all production machinery
  • Work in a multi-skilled capacity, completing both electrical and mechanical tasks
  • Electrical tasks include fault finding and replacing components such as sensors, invertors, contactors, relays, MCBs, and three-phase motors
  • Mechanical tasks include working with belts, gearboxes, rollers, shafts, chains, pulleys, and bearings
  • Develop and implement projects to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements
  • Engineering qualification (open to various disciplines)
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer (open to various industries)
  • Confident fault finding using a multi-meter
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Confident fault finding mechanically
