Area Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Coburg Banks Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area targets and drive growth through promotional activities and new account openings.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, including remote selling, direct selling, field visits, merchandising, and training.
  • Focus on structured cold calling to achieve growth and sales targets through all merchant accounts.
  • Respond to sales enquiries and identify new business opportunities, targeting installers, showrooms, specifiers, architects, builders, and end users.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, ideally face-to-face.
  • Some experience of selling into either bathroom or kitchen showrooms or an associated market place.
  • A flexible but tenacious sales-led approach, self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Effective planning and organising skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve them.
  • IT literacy.
  • Full UK driving license.
