Job Title: Head of Branded Video

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Branded Video to join our Branded Content Team at Bauer Media Group in London.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London. As Head of Branded Video, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting the positive leadership of our video team, using your previous experience and vast knowledge of all aspects of commercial video production pre and post-sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing ideas to meet the needs of client briefs.
  • Working collaboratively with Creative Strategy and Commercial Content in the pre-sale process.
  • Delivering excellent client servicing encompassing everything from a thorough PPM process to encouraging clients and agencies on-set and ensuring they are included in every step of the process.
  • Making sure that all campaigns are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
  • Delivering content that is accurate, on-brand, up-to-date and appealing to the audience.
  • Budgeting – aligning with client and business needs to ensure that that budgets remain sound and revenue targets are met.
  • Work with video team to implement and maintain a house-style for all video commercial creation.
  • Mentor Junior Video Producers using your experience to help them develop knowledge and skills.
  • Selecting music for videos when necessary.
  • Be visible, active, and approachable in your area of the business, providing support to others when required.
Requirements
  • Innovation and passion for visualizing brands stories.
  • A deep understanding of the power of video to entertain audiences whilst delivering brands key messaging.
  • Ability to translate performance data and audience insights into developing commercial video formats.
  • Highly experienced videographer, with outstanding knowledge of all elements of video production.
  • An expert with Premiere Pro and the complete suite of Adobe Creative Cloud professional applications.
  • Experience directing shoots, filming and editing videos to a highest standard.
  • Highly experienced camera, lighting and location shooting skills.
