About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging activities, programs, and resources that meet the unique needs and interests of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices that support children's learning and development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a relevant qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above)
  • Have experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Be able to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation and evidence of any qualifications essential to the role
  • Undertake a DBS check and provide satisfactory references prior to commencing employment with us
