We are seeking an Electronics Engineer with expertise in FPGA design to join our prestigious and award-winning electronics product design team at Professional Technical Ltd. Our team focuses on the development of video and control systems for military applications.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and developing embedded FPGA solutions for video processing and analytics. You will contribute to the full development cycle, including requirements analysis, concept design, implementation, and testing of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop FPGA systems for video processing
  • Develop Linux programming skills for SoC targets
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality products
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with FPGA systems for video processing
  • Strong proficiency in Linux programming for SoC targets
  • A BEng in Electronics or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with video systems and standards
  • Knowledge of low-level embedded C/C++ software development
  • Proficiency in hardware debugging and component-level testing
What We Offer
  • Starting salary up to 70,000 (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday + statutory days with a holiday flex scheme allowing staff to buy or sell up to 5 days
