Protocol Education is seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Artistic Youth Worker, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) in a thriving Newcastle school.
This unique role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs, including ASD, behavioral difficulties, SEMH needs, and other individual requirements. We are looking for someone who can utilize their creative background in arts, sensory therapy, or drama to engage students and foster their learning and development.

Your Role:
As a Creative Artistic Youth Worker, you will:
- Work one-on-one with students, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Collaborate within the classroom setting to enhance learning experiences for all students.
- Employ innovative 'outside-the-box' techniques to engage students in their learning journey.
- Utilize your creative skills to develop engaging activities that promote confidence, distraction, and positive influence on student progress.
