Key Duties

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent). A degree or relevant qualification in education is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with children or young adults in an educational context is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for quickly establishing rapport with students.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Able to adjust to changing circumstances and handle challenges with composure.
