About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to join our growing team at JD Sports. As a key member of our People Talent Team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract high-performing candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement a structured interview process, identifying candidates who match our business requirements and values.
  • Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures, including new starter information and maintaining key recruitment data.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience within a similar capacity, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
