Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to establish their own recruitment desk, leveraging their knowledge and understanding of market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and attracting candidates for active positions with clients throughout the UK
  • Engaging with stakeholders to clarify job specifications and requirements
  • Managing both contract and permanent candidates on a national scale
  • Negotiating terms and rates with clients
  • Fostering and strengthening relationships with Tier 1 and SME clients
  • Overseeing timesheet management and administrative duties related to placements
  • Conducting meetings with clients and candidates for business development
  • Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager and CFO
  • Collaborating with the operations team for upcoming projects
  • Working alongside social value and training departments
  • Partnering with marketing to boost brand presence and attract top talent
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within the civil engineering sector in the UK
  • Proven success in delivering results
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a results-driven approach
  • Comprehensive understanding of the civil engineering industry
