About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Apprentice Manager. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our final-mile delivery partners to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting to provide the business with a clear view of service performance and trends
- Ensure day-to-day ad-hoc service issues are swiftly understood, managed, and communicated across the business
- Identify internal development opportunities that improve delivery services and create and present rounded business cases to senior team members
- Work with our 3PL stakeholders to implement change projects into the fulfillment center
- Business owner for the delivery of carrier-related development projects
- Support with carrier tendering and contract management
- Experience in working in e-com customer fulfillment, preferably within a large FMCG retailer
- A proven track record of high performance through delivering results and achieving targets
- A competent user of Excel, able to interpret data to reach conclusions and make recommendations
- Familiar with the functionality and use of CMS software to manage carrier integrations and parcel outputs
