Position Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to take on a critical role in the advancement of satellite communication systems. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in digital telecommunications and a comprehensive understanding of space-related communication technologies, with a particular emphasis on RF and signal processing. As a Satellite Communication Systems Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and execution of pioneering telecom technologies for space, transforming the landscape of space communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Engineering: Oversee the engineering lifecycle for satellite communication systems, including defining requirements, designing architecture, and validating systems.
  • Telecom Development: Innovate and enhance digital telecom embedded systems tailored for satellite operations.
  • Performance Analysis: Execute system-level analyses, simulations, and trade studies to guarantee peak performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage, processing, and connectivity functionalities into satellite systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of satellite communication systems.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital communication principles and satellite communication protocols.
