Front Office Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled professional to take on the role of Front Office Manager at our esteemed establishment.

As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Front Office operations, ensuring that our guests receive unparalleled service and hospitality.

The hotel is situated in a premier venue that hosts a variety of high-profile events, making it a unique place to work. With 250 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant with stunning views, and exceptional conference facilities, this role is integral to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise Front Office operations, including reception and night services, to uphold Hilton Garden Inn standards.
  • Manage guest services including check-in and check-out processes, room inventory, and service quality.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and manage departmental procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for regular and VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective pricing strategies and up-selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to drive sales and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze guest feedback to continually enhance the guest experience and address any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the front office team is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and local attractions.
  • Manage financial transactions in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues or emergencies, participating in crisis management as needed.
  • Facilitate training and development for the front office team to maintain high service standards.
  • Support other departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor security and emergency procedures, ensuring compliance and safety for all guests and staff.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a hotel front office.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and operational procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • High proficiency in IT and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
