About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team at Fox's Burton's Companies. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans to support business growth and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
Requirements
  • CIPD Qualified to Level 3 or above or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent ICT skills and sound knowledge of HR systems, processes, and legislation.
  • Experience of working within an HR environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
