Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Services to join their senior leadership team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of the IT Service Delivery department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of circa 30, including 7 direct reports, and manage 3rd party relationships.
- Develop and implement ITIL Framework and processes, with a focus on practical implementation in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Define and execute Service Strategies and manage a service portfolio.
- Manage and deliver Cyber-Security operations and governance technical environment.
- Develop and implement infrastructure services and cloud strategies, with a focus on continuous evolution and cost reduction.
- Lead IT programmes with a high degree of simultaneous business and IT change, and manage ambiguity in potential approaches and requirements.
- Effectively delegate and lead/influence without direct command and control.
- Advocate for achieving excellence in Service Delivery and drive teams to achieve this.
