About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our Work Management platform among our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Account Directors, Solution Engineers, and Channel Partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS closing sales experience within enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking & writing).
