Role Overview:
In this pivotal position, you will spearhead Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives that drive business transformation, design, functional and technical development, business acceptance, and solution deployment.

Your leadership will be essential in guiding Babcock's business units through comprehensive project lifecycles. You will oversee all facets from contract timelines and strategic planning to execution across various methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall. Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning programme goals and scope with overarching business strategies
  • Establishing and upholding governance frameworks
  • Building and leading project delivery teams
  • Setting and managing programme financials
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies

This full-time role encompasses 37.5 hours per week and supports hybrid working arrangements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project and Programme Management within a technology-driven environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong customer-centric focus
  • Comprehensive experience in all phases of ERP implementation
  • Proficiency in project and programme management methodologies

Required Certifications:

  • Programme management certification such as MSP
  • Project Management credentials like PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM Master, etc.

Security Clearance:

  • Candidates must obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Eligibility may be influenced by specific restrictions
